If for any reason we are not able to perform the Puja on that day , we can do it on any Friday of Sravan month or on a Friday during Navaratri

Rangoli art is an important part of any festival more so Varamahalakshmi Pooja. We have a padi kolam for placing Goddess kalasam outside our homes before welcoming Her inside. We draw Her Feet as rangoli.
We draw an auspicious rangoli like Aiswarya rangoli or Hrudaya kamalam in the mandap where we place the kalash.
Also we draw some rangoli designs around the mandap.
Overall there is considerable display of this art for this festival.
